How to list on Off-Campus Housing 101
Create An Account
To create your account click on ‘Create An Account ’ on the menu to the left.
Indicate whether you are a student, private landlord or a school. This will provide you with helpful information that pertains to your particular needs.
Fill out the account sign-up form and click ‘Submit’ to create your account.
Write down your username and password. You will need this information to login.
Login
Click on the animated ‘Click Here To Create Your Account’ graphic to login to the system directly after creating your account or navigate to the Off-Campus Housing 101 home page and click ‘Member Login’.
Enter your username and password.
A management tools menu will appear on the left of your screen and a help page on the right. Please read this help page as it describes in detail how to use our management tools and place your listing.
Place Your Listing
Once you are logged in, click ‘Add’ on the management tools menu.
You will be presented with a list of property types. Please select the type that best describes your rental property.
Fill out the rental listing form. The required information is indicated in red and there are help buttons throughout the form if you get stuck.
Don’t forget to add pictures and additional descriptive information.
When you have filled out the form and have chosen the ‘Time Advertised’, quickly review your listing and click ‘Submit’ at the bottom of the page. Your listing has now been added and you will be forwarded to e-commerce.
