A 10-minute walk to Carmel Mission. Downtown Carmel is just a few minutes away by car and a 15-minute drive to golf at Pebble Beach, the butterfly sanctuary in Pacific Grove, or the Monterey Bay Aquarium and Cannery Row.
An assigned concierge vacation house manager is available to assist you during your stay. There are spa amenities in the bathrooms, spa robes and beach gear with everything you need for a day at the beach including chairs, blankets, towels, umbrella and cooler.
Living room has a wood-burning fireplace, 42-inch HDTV and small library of local history books. The patio has outdoor seating and a charcoal grill. The backyard has a magnificent cypress tree, lawn area with roses, hydrangeas, geraniums, salvia and maple and live oak trees.

Parking for one car in the garage and two other cars can be parked in the driveway. Additional parking can be found on the street.
