We're following CDC recommendations within our apartments to ensure your safety, including by leaving rooms empty for at least 24 hours after the previous member moves out. Our staff has access to the appropriate PPE and using high-strength disinfecting chemicals. We'll continue to adapt our strategies moving forward to ensure the health and safety of all of our guests and team members.
To move in, we collect first-month’s rent in addition to a one-month security deposit, which can be covered by HelloRented for a small monthly fee.
